CLIMATE CHANGE AS SEEN FROM ANTARCTICA

The Centre for Italian Politics of King's College London (CIP), in collaboration with the Italian Embassy in London and the Association of Italian Scientists in the UK (AISUK) invited Dr Francesco Pellegrino, Head of ENEA’s Antarctic Unit (Italy), to give a talk at King's College London on the 21st of June 2023 at KCL Bush House room SE 2.10 on his experience in Antarctic.

The event will also see the participation of an ENEA specialist expert on the scientific issues relating to climate change and the Antarctica.

The agenda for the event will be as follows:

6pm to 6:15pm: Welcome by the Director of the CIP Prof. Leila Simona Talani and by director of AISUK UK Prof. Carla Molteni

6:15 pm to 6:30pm: Short intervention by the Italian Embassy scientific attache' Prof. Roberto Buizza

6:30pm 7:30pm: Talk on experience as Head of engineering service of ENEA's Antarctic technical Unit (Italy) By Dr Francesco Pellegrino

7:30pm to 8pm: Q&A by the audience

8pm: Reception
